Lets Pretend. Do you remember when you were a child. The abundant joy you experienced as you pretended to be something other than yourself. You became that fantasy and found joy in that expression of your ability to create an existence beyond what you have been conscribed and dictated to by your circumstances to be as a Human. I spent hours within the fantasy of my own mind, and it was a joyful place because it flowed out of my own being into reality…even if it was just make believe.
Matthew 18:3-4: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.”
Luke 18:16: “But Jesus called the children to him and said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not keep them away from me, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.'”
Mark 9:36-37: “And he took a child and put him in the midst of them, and taking him in his arms he said to them, ‘Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me, and whoever receives me receives not me but him who sent me.
What amazes me, is this concept delivered by the Christ to his disciples is so important that it is thrice retold in the gospels. Why are children accorded easy entry into the Kingdom of God?
Don’t you see? It is only through faith and the reality that we create with our imagination and creativity that allows the Human to enter the Kingdom of God. There is no Kingdom of God down on Main Street, no it exists within the imagination of the Human soul. It is us, as children, and fully enabled creative beings, made in the image of God, the very Children of God, who have the power bestowed upon us by God, that enables us to enter the Kingdom of God.
Don’t you see?
We the Human, imbued with the same creative heart that dwells within the One, in the exact same likeness and we share the creativity of the One, as I am doing as I type these very words, God and I, We creating a beautiful being.
This wasn’t what I planned to write about, but that puppy dog God of mine, grabbed me by the sleeve and dragged me outside to play within his\her being.
We are distracted Children who don’t and won’t play with God. Don’t you see how lonely it is for God when you ignore him? How can you deny this loving being that longs for you.
Your are cruel and selfish and hurt the heart of God; especially you enlightened intellectuals. Well we’re hitting close to home today I see. “You who love your minds, and your earthly longing, trying to conscribe things rather than allowing them to flow out of the beautiful gift of imagination I have bestowed upon you.”
Well then, how can gratitude empower imagination, and flow on into faith and power?
God bleeds for you as both the Christ and as the One. The One has leapt from the pinnacle of his/her own power in order to create, uphold and save you, you hapless Human. God gave up his power, the surety of his|her own being, and resting within his|her imagination, just as a child, created the All, so we could play together.
As God and We become as children, we relish and enjoy imagining the possibilities of existence, and find gratitude within the creative force of the One, of which we share.
So not only do we become “little children,” so in the same manner does God in Us, and God surrounding us. And God’s imagination when fully integrated with our own, becomes an unmovable force, a Rock, of joy, gratitude, peace and love and also power. For our Father, Our Mother has come out to play with us out of their love and because of their own joy that we share with them; in this manner we enter the Kingdom of God.
Have you not heard these things? Unite with the One who loves you best and who keeps guiding you, nurturing you and loving you.
How does a child imagine the field of his play? First, there are no boundaries or rules. Anything your mind can conceive, you can become. Why? How? Because you have not eternalized the rules. You have not memorized the creeds. You have not been sullied by the world as you live in your innocence. As a child you have not been chained to societal beliefs.
As a child you are truly free.
And the Christ is saying to you that this is the way you should live in the world so you can capture the Kingdom of God, which Christ has taught us is within us. In other words, we apprehend the Kingdom of God within us by acting like little children.
A strange adaption to our being that allows us to enter the presence of God, no?
Most religions teach methods, vibrational frequency, meditation, denial of self; all dull and dreary as are the men who created them.
Jesus, the Christ said; 16 “But to what shall I compare this generation? It is like children sitting in the market places and calling to their playmates,
17 ‘We piped to you, and you did not dance;
we wailed, and you did not mourn.’
18 For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, ‘He has a demon’; 19 the Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, ‘Behold, a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!’ Yet wisdom is justified by her deeds.”
Luke 7: “28 I tell you, among those born of women none is greater than John; yet he who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.” 29 (When they heard this all the people and the tax collectors justified God, having been baptized with the baptism of John; 30 but the Pharisees and the lawyers rejected the purpose of God for themselves, not having been baptized by him.)
31 “To what then shall I compare the men of this generation, and what are they like? 32 They are like children sitting in the market place and calling to one another,
‘We piped to you, and you did not dance;
we wailed, and you did not weep.’
33 For John the Baptist has come eating no bread and drinking no wine; and you say, ‘He has a demon.’ 34 The Son of man has come eating and drinking; and you say, ‘Behold, a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!’ 35 Yet wisdom is justified by all her children.”
Our lives are a vibrant gift, to waste them in being right is a great sin; instead, dance, sing and rejoice in the beauty that surrounds you. Don’t be so caught up in rules and regulations that cause love and joy to be chained within your being, making you forever the drab soul, the advocate of the law always rather than the love of the Spirit; conscribing and holding yourself in and never expanding outward. Hording your spiritual power rather than freely giving it to others. You are being miserable in your rightness. Don’t you see?
Here is another interesting thing about a child. They have no interest in hierarchy until family, friends and society force it on them. They live their “I am” as it is without the need to count or compare, free within the being that they themselves are, without constraint, fully exhibiting what they are to the world. They are truly free!
Nobody has told them yet; “we don’t do that in polite society”, and thereby find themselves in the stockyard of slain desire. A place void of all joy!
Our life is meant to be joyous; don’t you see? Our life is meant to be full of adventure and games, laughter and wonder…yet there you sulk in you perfect personal prison. Its time to make the jailbreak and set your self free; to set the child within you free. To let no setback, sorrow or sin to overcome our purpose for being in this most astounding and beautiful sphere.
Fuck all doctrine. Fuck all belief. Fuck my sinful nature. Break the chains that hold you from grasping the clear blue sky. And let me dance and sing, songs of joy before my Loving God. Live in the void where you can draw out all things from within yourself by love and your imagination; without constraint.
May God love you in this moment, and by these words may you feel their presence as they descend, within you as a strongly sensed vibrational warmth and presence, from your head to your heels. Father, Mother be merciful to the one reading your words. I want the most for them. Give them everything and all flowing from the abundance contained within you. Amen.
