Its lonely and empty to not share your being, your subtle existence with another being. We are taught that God has existed eternally, with no beginning or end. An endless state of empty loneliness, full of power and light, self-aware, but alone. Most traditions teach that God is all-powerful and in need of nothing; he|she exists in the plentitude of Him|Herself. Can this really be true?
“I am both the Subject and Object of Existence.” That was the Word I was given without any pre-thought or explanation. So what is an object anyway? “It is a person or thing to which a specified action or feeling is directed.” So what is a subject? It is “a person or thing that is being discussed, described, or dealt with.” So the Subjects and Objects have the opposite function. The subject is the doer of the action and the objects are acted upon.
How can God, be both the doer of the action while also being the object acted upon?
Our very being, the current of vibration that upholds our soul within us flows directly from the Akasha, descending from the being of the living God. The One is first the Object. He is the silent black water of being out of which all things have their genesis. So in the essence he is the Object of all being. All being eminated from within the One. The things we pick and chose to bring forth into our countenance. The Way that we spread before ourselves is God the Object.
God is the Subject by His|Her merging within the subtle being that animates all of us. He|She is the hitchhiker who rides along with us, and with everybody else, as we experience all of Existence. God’s eyes are our eyes, so God is the Subject through participating in being through us. This quiet understanding exemplifies why the Human is so important to the One. We are the body of the One. We are the Way he|she experiences Him|Herself. This why the Human has worth to the One. It is because He|She shares His|Her being with us in order that He|She can be the Subject in His|Her creation.
The One sees him|herself through the mirror that we hold up. God experiences him|herself through us. That is the whole purpose of our creation; that God could know Him|Herself through the created order. So Lucifer, seeks to destroy the Human, because by so doing, there is also the potential to destroy God who has become weak so that we might be. God has descended so being can exist. In the same way Christ became weak and sacrificed himself on the cross so we could be reunited with the One. So that we could see ourselves as worthy, in the Way we have always been.
The One is also the Object as he|she exists in all beings. The eyes looking back into yours are also the eyes of the One experiencing his|her creation. Even the eyes of your enemies, or the eyes of the people you torment, disparage and disregard, are the eyes of God. I wonder how God feels about existence as he sees through your aggression with the eyes of your victim, while also experiencing your aggression by being within you and seeing through your violent action through your eyes.
It turns the world upside down doesn’t it? Then again, maybe this realization is the Path for the restoration of the Human with the God that intimately loves and knows us, because it is out of his very being, his vibration, that we live move and breath.
When this thought gets stuck in your soul, it opens and blossoms in the a multitude of meanings and realizations. Firstly, and maybe most importantly, it means that God fully experiences the course of our lives in every minute detail. Secondly, this means that the One, accumulates and coalesces Him|Herself by observing the experience of both the Object and Subject of out existence. The One is actually evolving through his experience of Him|Herself within the created order. The One is evolving through us. And as such, this means that God is not a megalithic, static being. He is becoming in the same way and along side the Human. God and the Human share our becoming.
I understand that most people will recoil at this idea; Yet if I have the power to elicit this reality out of the Akasha, through my spreading the Way around and in front of me, then I am, the one, who can manifest this reality for myself. I have acted to make god the One within whom I move and breath and who also moves and breaths within me. I declare this and so it is in me. And I feel both strengthened and refreshed by this understanding of truth. God is within me and surrounds me as One.
The One within us, and the One without us is moving within Him|herself while retaining the entire potential of possibility within His|Her being. God is all potential. God is all of our own individual potentials.
Why does this matter? The reason why this understanding is critical is because it informs our existence and gives the guideposts to properly traversing the Way.
If God is both the Subject and Object of our transcendental being, then it changes how we view those things outside of our self; those things that we consider apart and other. If all being shares the Akasha of the One, then we are all One. I know this is hard. How can we be One with evil that resides in the other.
God is not the evil. He is the neutral. We, the Human have the power to draw from the One, to draw from the Akasha, whatever we desire to do. He|She is neutral so that there is freedom of choice. No God full of wisdom and light wants to call automatons his|her children. We have been given the incredible power to save ourselves…and yes I hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth; Robes being ripped, and I hear the tearing of veils. Only ______________ can save us! Even the declarative casting for salvation in the “other;” the other from ourselves, requires that we make a free choice which means everything is our free choice. Everything becomes through us.
The reel that runs in your head, that says over and over again that you are unworthy is a lie. Why would God seek to dwell among the unworthy? Why would God seek to transform us into his children by allowing the Human to discover, uncover and become, if we are truly unwanted and condemned? We are the Pearl of Great Price, the Pearl as Object and Subject entwined as One.
My soul, my intertwined being of myself and the One, sings songs of praise to Ourselves, and rejoice in the realization that we are One; that All is both Subject and Object. Songs flow between us as we rest and repose within each other. Content with nothing more, than to be in each other’s presence forever.
