So this site is called “End Signs” so I guess I should mention it when such an incredibly obvious and in your face sign appears. The earth is spinning faster than normal.
Matthew 24: “21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be. 22 And if those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short. 23 Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. 24 For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you beforehand. 26 So, if they say to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.”
Mark 13: 20 “If the Lord had not cut short those days, no one would survive. But for the sake of the elect, whom he has chosen, he has shortened them.” What does it say here specifically, it says, he will “cut short those days.”
Apparently, our loving God is cutting the length of a day short for us in this very moment. I always assumed that this verse meant that God would cut the number of days short, I never imagined that he|she would actually shorten the length of a day. Both work in fulfillment. “Look up for your redemption draweth nigh!”
So what the hell am I stammering about you might be asking?
Earth is going to spin much faster over the next few months — so fast that several days are going to get shorter
By Amy Arthur published July 7, 2025
“Differences in the gravitational pull between the Earth and the Moon will make July 9, July 22 and August 5 unusually short.”
Live Science: “Earth is expected to spin more quickly in the coming weeks, making some of our days unusually short. On July 9, July 22 and Aug. 5, the position of the moon is expected to affect Earth’s rotation so that each day is between 1.3 and 1.51 milliseconds shorter than normal.”
“A day on Earth is the length of time needed for our planet to fully rotate on its axis — approximately 86,400 seconds, or 24 hours. But Earth’s rotation is affected by a number of things, including the positions of the sun and moon, changes to Earth’s magnetic field, and the balance of mass on the planet.“
“Since the relatively early days of our planet, Earth’s rotation has been slowing down, making our days longer. Researchers found that about 1 billion to 2 billion years ago, a day on Earth was only 19 hours long. This is likely because the moon was closer to our planet, making its gravitational pull stronger than it is now and causing Earth to spin faster on its axis.“
OK, so were only talking milliseconds not hours! Yet, how do scientist know that we are not in an era of a naturally occurring, ever increasing, faster spin. Especially if some unexpected earth changes were about to hit or a major blast from the sun. And what would happen to life on earth if it began to spin much faster? And what if the scientist are wrong and the earth continued its acceleration?
Since the first leap second was added in 1972, scientists have added leap seconds every few years. They’re added irregularly because Earth’s rotation is erratic, with intermittent periods of speeding up and slowing down that interrupt the planet’s millions-of-years-long gradual slowdown.
“The rotation rate of Earth is a complicated business. It has to do with exchange of angular momentum between Earth and the atmosphere and the effects of the ocean and the effect of the moon,” Levine says. “You’re not able to predict what’s going to happen very far in the future.”
But in the past decade or so, Earth’s rotational slowdown has … well, slowed down. There hasn’t been a leap second added since 2016, and our planet is currently spinning faster than it has in half a century. Scientists aren’t sure why. (Confidence building comment right here!)
“This lack of the need for leap seconds was not predicted,” Levine says. “The assumption was, in fact, that Earth would continue to slow down and leap seconds would continue to be needed. And so this effect, this result, is very surprising.” Astronomy.com
I wonder what would happen if the earth split open under the Pacific Ocean? There is supposed to be a great shaking. And the very afternoon that I wrote these words there was a 7+magnitude pacific earthquake with Tsunami warning.
I don’t like the glib answers! And I keep having this vision of the earth as a living being, in need of casting of the evil parasites that are not grateful for the Gift. The ones who hate the Human and the earth. Can’t you visualize it in your mind as human beings are cast off into space by our Mother.
Apparently the grizzly bears and mountain lions are leaving from Yellowstone in huge groups. Weird. What is their intuition telling them? And the sun is wild, splitting open wide and spraying planet earth with gushers of plasma. Solar maximums usually bring major earth changes, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions in there wake.
OK, calm down, calm down. That is not going to happen right? So day will follow night with the earth spinning in its quietude…but what if that were to change? Why couldn’t it change?
I know, anthropomorphic attributes given to the earth is madness, right? Only primitive people think that the earth is their mother. Yet she does seem to have fits when the Human gets evil, with the help of her solar buddy that drives all earth changes.
Everybody is on edge. Everybody knows something is off. Everybody is expecting trouble but will any of it arise. The very fact that it is expected is bringing it into being. Don’t you know how this works yet?
